FOOD JOURNAL – Breakfast : Corned Tuna, Scrambled Eggs, Oatbran Cereal and Coffee

FOOD JOURNAL – Last night’s emotional eating episode was a bad one. I haven’t done that in a loooooong time – eat because I’m upset. I need to get focused again.

Anyway, I won’t wallow in guilt, I’m back on diet. Breakfast was Corned Tuna, Scrambled Eggs, Oatbran Cereal and Coffee!

FOOD JOURNAL – Lunch: Jellyfish, Century Eggs and Polunchay

FOOD JOURNAL - Snack : Sugar-free Chocolate

FOOD JOURNAL – Sneaking a really quick snack of Sugar-free Chocolate. Just a few bites. St John the Baptist is looking over my shoulder; I wonder if he ever had his crickets convered in Chocolate…

Anyway, I’m at a Church for a baptism (for baby Earl) and my friends were surprised to see me eat chocolate.

Well, I’ve been able to lose 35 lbs and maintain the loss for three months even if I eat Sugar-free Chocolate regularly. As long as I avoid Sugar (and White Carbs) my weight stays stable at around 136 lbs, my ideal weight…

FOOD JOURNAL – Super Late Lunch at Max’s

FOOD JOURNAL – Super Late Lunch at Max’s! Was so focused on finishing my blog post on my Top 12 in the Bb Pilipinas 2012 that I list track of time and hunger. It was 330pm by the time Ron and I went to Max’s.

I had a super-tasty Cream Dory, Steamed in Light Soy. An excellent choice for a dieter on a low-carb lifestyle like me. It also had rich flavor – thanks to the Soy Sauce.

But, as I often do, I try to consume very little sauce in saucy dishes like this. Damage control practice since sauces normally are high in Calories.

FOOD JOURNAL - Dinner : CHICBOY's Roast Chicken Breast, Roast Eggplant and Kangkong in Garlic

FOOD JOURNAL – Last night Ron and I finally gave Chicboy a try. Chicboy is a Filipino Fast Food joint that specializes in Roast Chicken and Roast Pork.

The Chicken was excellent, quite savory… the Kangkong in Garlic just a bit too salty… and the Eggplant was perfect! I had it with a tiny bit of Bagoong!
