FOOD JOURNAL – Low Glycemic Chocolate Bar!

FOOD JOURNAL – Ron found found me this Low Glycemic Chocolate Bar with Raspberry Filling, No Sugar Added in Healthy Options.

Had it as a post-workout meal but it’s not my kind of Chocolate because I found it too sweet tasting in a commercial way. Some people might like it tho. Nevertheless, I ate it all, together with some Coffee.

FITNESS JOURNAL – 50 Mins Cardio Intervals and Weights

FITNESS JOURNAL – Night-time workout.

Before gym I had a bowl of Oat Bran cereal and a few pili nuts for energy. Forgot to take a photo, duh!

I did 50 mins Cardio Intervals and Weights at Maic’s Gym: 30 minutes on the treadmill, power walking most of the time and jogging a bit. 20 minutes weights. But I was SLOOOOW tonight, I just didn’t have the energy so I did only one circuit of a squat-and-lunge-heavy workout. UGH…

FOOD JOURNAL – Lunch: Chicken Sausages, Scrambled Eggs Salad and Guiltless Chocolate Mousse..

FOOD JOURNAL – I had a man’s Lunch: Chicken Sausages, Scrambled Eggs, a Greek Salad and Guiltless Chocolate Mousse.

I did not eat the bread that came with the sausages and eggs… and I did not eat the bottom crust of the Mousse because it contained flour. The rest is the Mousse is Sugar and Flour-Free!

This lunch kept me full allll afternoon!

Lunch was Veggies and Chicken for me!
