FOOD JOURNAL – After the Miss World Philippines 2012 Screening at MOA, Miss Cory Quirino, franchise holder of the pageant, brought us to Cafe Med for Merienda: I had the Chickpea Salad with Yogurt Dressing… DELICIOUS! 4 Tiaras out of 5…

FOOD JOURNAL – Lunch right before the Miss Philippines World 2012 Screening at MOA:
Cheesy Chicken Pasta from Cafe Adriatico. Really yummy. 4 Tiaras!

FOOD JOURNAL – Woke up by force. Needed more sleep and was feeling the effects of last night’s snacking. But I had the Miss World Philippines Screening at MOA today and needed to be there.
Breakfast helped me wake up. It was a High Protein meal: Scrambled Eggs , Turkey Dogs and Coffee…

FOOD JOURNAL – Our good friend Andrew Pitchford from UCB was in town and we took him out to Dinner and a movie last night. Suspended diet rules in his honor..
Dinner Dinner was a Seafood Crepe, Dessert was an Apple Cream Crepe at Cafe Breton. Also had a Coffee.
Then we watched Men in Black 3 which was lots of fun; a hilarious version of Terminator where Agent J goes back in time to kill an alien who went back in time to kill Agent K. 3.5 Tiaras! Worth buying the DVD.
During the movie I chomped down some Cheddar-flavored Tofu Chips with a Sugar-free Lemonade from Chimara.
After Men in Black 3, we had some bonding time with Andrew at a Coffeeshop – I had some Coffee and a Blueberry Cheesecake.
THEN, big mistake. Had a snack night at home. Should have skipped that!

FOOD JOURNAL – Diandra made some mild Curry Chicken for Merienda while the rain was pouring. I ended up Getting Flooded In at home and couldn’t make it to my newscast

FOOD JOURNAL – Sugar Free Chocolate Snacks! With Coffee!!!

FOOD JOURNAL – Today’s lunch is dedicated to Sandra Seifert, Miss Earth Philippines 2009 and Miss Earth Air 2009!
I was so inspired by her Go Veggie Campaign for PETA so, in honor of the lovely Sandra (and her amazing Mom Zeny whom I recently met at the Miss Philippines Earth) I am eating a 100% Vegan Lunch:
A High Protein Boca Veggie Burger…
Spinach and Salsa!

There will be days when something in your body that you can’t touch will overwhelm your feelings and stop you from your planned workout.
Today was a day like that for me – legs were aching, mood was flagging and laziness was lurking in the background. I figured I was just being hormonal. And the thought of jumping in a tricycle to get to the gym was tiring me out already.
So I tricked my body – I said, “Ok, we won’t go to the gym so no tricycle rides today, yehey! Instead, we’re working out at home!” Then I whipped out my Playstation EAS Sports Exercise Video and proceeded to sweat it out.
Neat trick, huh?!!!

FOOD JOURNAL – Weird Breakfast: Quail Eggs and Oatmeal. And Yogurt.
But the Eggs are not in the Oatmeal ha, I ate them separately, lol!

FOOD JOURNAL – Grilled Fish with Clams and Veggies… A great meal at the end of a tiring day!
