FOOD JOURNAL - Late Lunch :Spinach Paneer
FOOD JOURNAL – I know this looks like Im having algae for lunch but the taste of this Indian dish more than makes up for its sordid appearance. Paneer is a soft white Cheese that’s like a cross between Feta and Cottage Cheese. The Spinach meantime is mushy to the point of being unrecognizable. Yum.
