
FOOD JOURNAL - Double Yogurt Parfait ala Burton
FOOD JOURNAL – A flash of genius gave me this recipe for another great Dieter’s Desert – Double Yogurt Parfait ala Burton.
RECIPE – You’ll need plain unsweetened Yogurt (you can sweeten it with Splenda or Stevia but I don’t) and Sugar-free Low-fat Yogurt Ice Cream (I used BTIC Chocolate Flavor).
Carefully spoon the two yogurts into a clear glass creating layers – a couple Tbps of Chocolate alternating with a couple Tbsps plain Yogurt.
Its a super delicious dessert perfect for Yogurt lovers and dieters!
